Around them there are modern spa centers, such as Pavel banya, Stara zagora mineral baths.A sight of interest in the region is the Kazanluk tomb included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, as well as the town of Kazanluk - the town of roses.
In Eastern Sredna Gora region there are great conditions for fishing at the dams of Koprinka and Jrebchevo.
